In order to provide the finest experience for everyone, here are some things you’ll want to know before you join a Fashioned Online group:
- Space is limited. We want to keep it smaller and more intimate so there’s true one-on-one time with Pastor Margie and the special guests/leaders she’ll be inviting.
- This group is only available to ladies over the age of 18. We are looking to expanding to a “Fashioned, too” group for girls ages 10 – 17 in the future.
- You’ll need a Facebook account to be in this group. This will be a private Facebook group and your comments there can only be seen by people inside your small group.
- You must have a copy of the book (included with your paid membership).
- You will follow along in real-time with your group. For example, reading certain chapters per week. Obviously, if you read ahead, no one will ban you 🙂 It just means we will only discuss those assigned chapters for that zoom room meeting.
- If you join our group, please plan on being an active participant in the group. We love everyone, but no “observers” allowed. This group is created for study discussion, accountability, participation, and community specifically regarding the subject being studied.
- You can engage with your virtual group at any time via the private Facebook page.
- There will be weekly zoom room meetings where Pastor Margie will reflect on the chapters assigned, teach and share some personal insights, and encourage and inspire with stories and experiences. We will also have special guests and leaders appear at times to encourage and help lead the study.
- You will experience connection and community with sisters from around the world, making lasting friendships!
Community is the cornerstone of our online group ministry. We want to know you. We want you to know us. We want to experience real hope for real life together.
We will officially begin our group reading on Sat., August. 3. Our first zoom room meeting will be on Tues., August 6 from 8-9PM EST, and will be held every Tuesday in the month of August.
